Referrals

I appreciate every referral that is made to my office. It is my promise that I will honor you by treating any referral as if it is a gift of respect from you to me. After all, when someone refers a client to me, that person is essentially saying, "I vouch for Tim Bates and you can trust me when I say that he will do a good job for you."

Under the Ethical Codes that governs the conduct of attorneys in Illinois and in Missouri, "A lawyer shall not give anything of value to a person for recommending or having recommended the lawyer's services."

From time to time I am asked to make referrals myself to other attorneys or to persons in the building trades. If you would like to be considered as a person or as a company who might be referred by me, please email me and let me know.
