Most of my
professional time has been spent in the area of construction law. In
that regard, I have provided legal services to property owners, tenants,
builders and building professionals. In that capacity I have provided legal representation

Fraud Cases under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices

Real Estate Disclosure Act <#> .
I have also had considerable experience with all types of
property loss cases, including handing matters relating to
fire, flood, mine subsidence, or other damages to structures.
I have represented both insurance companies as well as persons
making insurance claims.
I have significant experience handling intellectual property litigation
(patents, trademarks, copyrights) and can assist either the owner
of intellectual property or the alleged infringer with these matters.
Finally, I do provide representation in some criminal matters.
As reflected in my profile, I am an adjunct professor at St. Louis
University and I instruct in the criminal justice program.
